- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆acct has been open over 1 1/2 years. there was a $15 balance and when I tried to close acct was told this would be kept as acct closure fee. A+ is committing theft. check all social media sites for this review. For $15 I will cause you so much bad publicity, your advertising budget will be outrageous. I am painting this on the back window of my pickup to drive all over Central Texas. Go ahead, this puts A+ in same league as crooked Wells Fargo, Citibanks and most financial institutions of modern day user fees, despite interest made off of money deposited.By George Navarre, March 30, 2017
